KIRK TAN is a banker and lay pastor at Covenant Evangelical Free Church. He is a founding chairman of Men's Ministry Network, an inter-church network, and Men-in-Covenant, the men's ministry at his church.
TAN KAY KIONG is the senior pastor of Covenant Evangelical Free Church and pastoral advisor to the Men's Ministry Network. He oversaw the men's ministry at his church during its formative years.
GEORGE GORSUCH, author and speaker, is a senior advisor to Men's Ministry Network. He was formerly director of men's ministry with The Navigators and advisor to the Promise Keepers movement in the United States.
